It's hard to believe that Miley Cyrus's little sister Noah is already 16. Where has the time gone?! The young actress celebrated her milestone birthday with an American Horror Story: Freak Show-themed party over the weekend (as you do), and when we saw the pics we almost did a double take — Noah is the spitting image of her famous older sibling!

For the special occasion, Noah and her mom Tish had their makeup done by beGlammed — an on-demand beauty service you can request on your iPhone or Android. Basically like Uber, but for makeup. Noah's makeup was super Jenner/Kardashian-inspired: brown matte lipstick, super defined brows, and picture-perfect contouring.

And this isn't the first time Noah has emulated her famous pal Kylie. At the reality star's 18th birthday party last fall, Noah rocked a long, silver wig and dramatic gray-blue lipstick.
